September 1: Biggest Update + Steam Launch & New Server

Friends, we have big news!

On September 1 we’re rolling out the largest update in the server’s history. A full patch note will follow, but here’s what’s already confirmed:

• Lots of 130+ content.
• Two new locations.
• Battle Pass fully moved into the game (from the website).
• Several quality-of-life improvements to make gameplay more comfortable.

Also on September 1 our game launches on Steam. We’ve already received 85,000+ views in Steam’s library and expect a large influx of players at release.

New Server — Elysium

Over the past six months we received many requests from new players to start a fresh server. With the Steam launch, we’re happy to announce the opening of a second server: Elysium.

• New players can choose to start from scratch on Elysium or join a realm with an already established economy.
• Veterans can relive the early-level journey and fresh progression.

FAQ

• 1. Both servers will have identical settings and be supported simultaneously.
• 2. You will be able to enter both servers via Steam and via the launcher.
• 3. The website will get a server switcher (right block) to view rankings, web storage, and craft system data for your selected server.
• 4. Playing via Steam on an existing account won’t be possible at launch. We may add a migration mechanism later.
• 5. Running more than one client via Steam won’t be possible (Steam limitation). You can use Steam for your main account and launch alts via the launcher (or vice versa).
• 6. The Steam version will fully support the Steam Wallet for purchasing gold.
• 7. We plan to add Steam achievements later.

Новый сервер — Elysium

За последние полгода мы получили множество просьб от новых игроков о запуске нового сервера. С выходом в Steam мы рады объявить об открытии второго сервера — Elysium.

• Новые игроки смогут выбрать: начать с нуля на Elysium или прийти на сервер с уже сформировавшейся экономикой.
• Опытные игроки снова вспомнят, что такое игра на небольших уровнях и чистое начало прогрессии.

FAQ

• 1. Оба сервера будут иметь одинаковые настройки и поддерживаться одновременно.
• 2. Войти на оба сервера можно будет через Steam и через лаунчер.
• 3. На сайте появится переключатель сервера (правый блок), чтобы видеть рейтинги, веб-склад и данные крафт-системы именно по выбранному серверу.
• 4. Играть через Steam на существующем аккаунте на старте нельзя. Возможно позже мы реализуем механизм миграции аккаунтов в Steam-аккаунты.
• 5. Запускать более одного клиента через Steam нельзя (ограничение Steam). Можно использовать Steam для основного аккаунта, а твинков запускать через лаунчер (или наоборот).
• 6. В Steam-версии будет полная поддержка кошелька Steam для покупки золота.
• 7. Позже планируем добавить достижения Steam.

Important Update: New Donation Gold Calculation System

A big announcement for everyone who supports or plans to support the server financially.

Please read this message carefully.

As you know, all of our payment systems send the funds you donate in Russian rubles. Until now, we’ve been calculating gold by simply multiplying the amount in rubles by 5. That’s how much gold you would receive.

We’ve always covered all service fees ourselves. For example, Boosty charges around 15% in commission, while B2P.io charges around 30%.

This system worked perfectly under the assumption that only Russian players would donate using rubles. However, for international players, this model is not transparent, and you’ve had no clear way to determine how much gold you would receive per donation.

Additionally, the exchange rate changes daily. As the ruble has strengthened significantly, this has resulted in you receiving less gold for the same donation amount.

As of today, the gold calculation system has been changed. We now check the USD to RUB exchange rate from the Central Bank of Russia every minute. When a donation is received, the system calculates how many dollars were donated based on the number of rubles received and the current exchange rate.

The new exchange rate is:
1 USD = 500 Gold

This means that if you donated $10 yesterday, you would have received approximately 3,500 gold. Today, you will receive 5,000 gold.

Please note that there may be small differences (plus or minus) due to exchange rate variances between your bank and the Central Bank of Russia. However, we expect this difference to be no more than $0.50 per $100 donated.

This new system is now active across all supported donation platforms:

• Boosty
• Pally Pay
• B2P.io
• FunPay

Hey everyone! Tomorrow (July 1st) at 12:00 PM server time, we’ll be updating the server and transferring guilds for those who submitted applications.

Update contents:

1. Olympiad System Changes:

• Only teams of exactly 3 players can participate in Olympiad matches.
• Each victory grants 100 Hardpoints, and each loss gives 50 Hardpoints.
• The Olympiad arena will be available twice daily, from 2:00 PM–4:00 PM and 8:00 PM–10:00 PM.

The new Olympiad season runs from July 1 to July 15, and on July 15 we’ll announce the new heroes who will hold their heroic status for the next 2 weeks. Good luck to all participants!

2. Rework of the “Killing the Consul” Event:

• The entire event has been moved to the Corinth Isthmus.
• Sparta’s apothecary: lower exit to Argolis. Athens’ apothecary: lower exit to Megara Coast.
• Athenian assassin: upper bridge on Athens side. Spartan assassin: upper bridge on Sparta side.
• Sparta’s consul: between entrances to Megara Coast. Athens’ consul: between entrances to Argolis.
• Building a tower grants a 10-minute movement speed buff—use it to slay enemies or deliver poison quickly!
• Each enemy kill in Corinth grants +1 kill point to the group.
• Kill points are shared by the entire group; e.g., if each player in a 5-player group kills 20 enemies, the group gets 100 kill points.
• End rewards based on kill points grant Zodiac Energy items. Both winning and losing sides receive rewards, but the losing side receives half the reward.
• Rewards:
  • Winners: 4,000 energy (20 kills), 10,000 (100 kills), 60,000 (200 kills).
  • Losers: 2,000 energy (20 kills), 5,000 (100 kills), 30,000 (200 kills).
• Group kill milestones are announced in system chat at 10, 20, 30... up to 200 kills.

3. New Items in the Shop:

• Tokens to change your pet’s gender.
• A Newbie Mega Bag with discounted items to boost your character and pet, offering over 50% off.

All new items are in the “Scrolls” section of the shop.

4. “Pindus Battlefield” Balance Adjustments:

• Now requires 90,000 kill points for the main reward, but the kill reward is increased to 3,000 B-Gold.
• Water delivery requirements lowered: 1,600 points instead of 2,000 and 1,100 instead of 1,500, with rewards adjusted to 1,000 and 750 B-Gold.
• The catch-up buff for the losing faction is re-enabled—use it!

5. Other Changes:

• Added system messages announcing Olympiad starts and silver chest spawns in Thebes.
• Numerous small localization fixes.
• Olympiad hero buff fixed—it won’t be overwritten by other buffs anymore.
